The practice of qigong is like performing a symphony with the movement of muscles delicately attuning the nervous system to reverberate to the inner sounds, with our body, in a harmonious way.  It's a joy to be able to view what our relaxed state of mind can do when gently communicating with our very intelligent brain.  Movement coordinated with our intention of balance and strength within the stillness of our soft  smooth breath as our guide is Key.
